The story
Zivonel started as an internal tool. We were building customer support automation for businesses in Ghana and kept running into the same wall: existing AI platforms were either too expensive, too complex, or too slow for companies that needed to move quickly.
We decided to build the platform we wished existed — one that didn't require a team of ML engineers, worked with WhatsApp and local payment systems out of the box, and priced in a way that made sense for African markets.
What started as an internal project became Zivonel — a platform now used by businesses across Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, and beyond to automate support, capture leads, and deliver AI-powered experiences to millions of users.
