Terms of Service

By creating a Zivonel account or using the Zivonel service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

Zivonel lets you build AI agents trained on your own documents and website content, and deploy them through an embeddable chat widget, WhatsApp, and our API. You manage conversations, leads, and billing from the Zivonel dashboard.

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to use Zivonel to:

• Violate any applicable law, or train an agent to generate illegal, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or otherwise abuse a messaging channel.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

If you connect WhatsApp:

• You confirm you have the right to message every contact your agent communicates with on WhatsApp, and that each contact has given the opt-in required under WhatsApp's own policies before you (or your agent) message them.
• You agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's Platform Terms in addition to these terms.
• You can disconnect a WhatsApp number from your Zivonel dashboard at any time.

You retain ownership of the documents, URLs, and other content you upload to Zivonel. You grant us a license to process that content solely to provide the service to you — including generating embeddings, retrieving relevant passages, and producing agent responses.

Agent responses are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You're responsible for reviewing and configuring your agent appropriately for your use case, particularly where accuracy matters — Zivonel doesn't guarantee the correctness of any agent response.

Paid plans are billed through Paystack according to the plan and billing cycle you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

You can cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, we delete or anonymize your data according to our standard retention schedule, described in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zivonel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages arising from AI-generated content or third-party service outages (including Meta/WhatsApp).

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the dashboard before they take effect.
